Established in 1987, Zhangjiagang free trade zone caiqin technology Co., Ltd. {Caiqin electronics elements Co., Ltd. (Zhangjiagang)} is a high-tech manufacturer for microwave electronics ceramic products，which is mainly engaged in R&D and production for dielectric filters, resonators, antennas, isolators, etc.
Covering 60,000 square meters, it is located in Zhangjiagang free trade zone, which is about 150 km away from Shanghai and 180 km from Nanjing city. There’re over 230 employees including more than 50 professional and technical staff members.
It owns the porcelain center, sensitive material research center and microwave ceramic engineering research center. There’re over 100 sets of world's leading microwave precision measuring instruments and equipment for specialized production, R&D and testing. It is in the domestic leading level with rich experiences in design and strong production capacity. A number of projects are in the top abroad level. Several projects have been classified to the projects supported by national innovation fund. Several thousands of products in series owned independent intellectual property rights, a number of invention patent identified by the state and international invention patent.
It was identified as a high-tech enterprise by science and technology department of Jiangsu in 2006 and as a work and study center for the graduate students by the education department of Jiangsu province in 2009.
The main products include dielectric filter, dielectric duplexer, dielectric asymmetric splitter, multiplexer, dielectric resonator (TEM, TE01δ, TM), LC filter (high-pass, low-pass, band-pass, band-stop), dielectric antenna and module (GPS, Beidou, Glonass, etc.), micro strip isolators, circulator, DRO, piezoelectric ceramic filter and resonator, etc.
The frequency range covers DC~20GHz. The products are widely used in mobile communications base station, repeater, selected frequency components, RF circuits, radar, electronic warfare, GPS, Beidou, Glonass satellite positioning system, navigation and aerospace, etc. Replacing similar imported products, they are equipped with some well-known enterprises in the industry, large-scale units, the national key project. They are also exported to Europe, America and Southeast Asia, etc.
1987.10~1990.08 Established Zhangjiagang Yangzi electronics Co. Ltd., producing piezoelectric ceramic filter. 　
1990.08 Established the joint venture Zhangjiagang Caiqin electronics elements Co., Ltd. with Kan Tsang Industrial Company.
1997.12 Carried out shareholding system reform and started to invest and construct dielectric filter and resonator production line.
2000.11 Renamed to Caiqin electronics elements Co., Ltd. (Zhangjiagang).
2001.01 Manufacture dielectric filter for aeronautics and astronautics.
2003.06 Invested in establishing “Zhangjiagang free trade zone caiqin technology Co., Ltd.”
with registered capital USD2,000,000, prepare voltage-controlled filter and GPS
antenna, etc.
